Welcome to Asmall Nursery 

After a horrendous fire in the Nursery in June 2021 we are back in our forever home. We have a brand new building with amazing outdoor facilities. We are an 'OUTSTANDING' nursery (June 2022) based within Asmall Primary School. We like to think that our nursery is a home from home setting for your little ones and the children are in the centre of everything we do. The nursery is a registered non- profit charity ran by a Management Committee. We ensure that any profit made is always put back into the nursery to keep up our outstanding provision and practice and to give the very best we can to our children. We also offer our practitioners lots of opportunities to take part in a variety of training to ensure that we offer the best practice. 

The nursery is open from 7.45am till 5.45pm term time only and we take children from 12 months- 5 years old. We offer funded sessions for one, two, three and four year old's. Asmall Nursery has two rooms. Our Caterpillar Room provides care for our 1-3 year old's and our Butterfly Room takes care of our 3-5 year olds. We have a purpose built outdoor area which the children have free flow access to throughout the day. We offer Moo Music to our younger children and we also offer swimming lessons, Diddidance and Spanish sessions for our Butterfly Room children. We want to offer opportunities for our children that they might not have the chance to experience. We like to take our children out into the community as much as possible visits might include trips to the local park, Libary, supermarkets or out into town.

Asmall Nursery also runs the Before and Afterschool club for the school (see the before and afterschool club page for more details).
