Today, you are going to make your own constellation. 

If I was a constellation... 

Lie on the floor on your back and put your arms, legs and body in a different position. A very strange position. Can your mummy / daddy put markers where all the points of your body are. Where your fingers are, elbow is, hip, shoulder, knee, ankle etc! When you move away you should have lots of markers left on the ground. 

Can you create your constellation by joining the dots together? Use string / wool / straws etc. 

Take a picture of your constellation and send it to us we will make a lovely display in class of all of our constellations.
